Today Rex gets upgraded! Since she'll be living at home with us for a couple more months (and we're tired of her popping her pools), we bit the bullet and bought her an ultra-heavy-duty pool that is finally Rex-proof!

You don't get it? People are pouring Gorilla Glue on their heads and some pushed for a lawsuit. People got paid millions because their hot coffee was hot. You really don't get why a company who's told ''Hey, sell me this for my alligator 'kay?'' could face stuff like ''The alligator ate my cat, you knew why I bought the glass and still sold it to me, implying it's alligator proof. Give me money'' then that's on you, not them.

rex is a special case, she will never grow more than 4 feet because she is physically stunted. she lived for 27 years in a 4ft wooden box and wasn’t given proper food or light or allowed out at all, she was just stuck in that box before emily and ed rescued her. rex actually still has her baby stripes despite being 34 years old. your concern is well-placed for an ordinary alligator, but rex is not ordinary :)

An acrylic pool solves your problem. It's stronger then glass and almost indestructible. You have seen versions of them were part of the pool is hanging off the side of the building.
