Those little sweet puppies crying & crying just broke my heart. Many blessings to rescuers. To this very day I will never understand how anyone can be so cruel & uncaring. God damn the evil person who threw these precious puppies in the trash. They had no food, water, warmth & were scared & wondering where their mother was. People please don't abandon your pets, drop them off at the nearest animal shelter. Or call a shelter & ask them to come get your dog (s) if you can't take them.

Through out all these stories everyday there are horrible people that do horrible things to each and every animal imagine if the same thing was happening to our little children.I think one of the problems to help stop and control this is to have an official deptment with a department that arrest these people right on the spot.give them jail sentences without parole and have them go in ss control led group to check the streets. If they are sick enough to do that to the animals they eventually ruin into people hard criminals who harm people. There are way to many people this is happening.Itnmust stop
